Mindset Meter: A Bulletin Board Reflection on Growth Mindset

November 1, 2017 by Teaching Elementary and Beyond Leave a Comment

I am so excited to share with you the newest freebie I have made just for you!
By posting students own reflection of their learning they will be able to see their growth throughout the school year.
Students can draw pictures, write a few sentences or write a full page description on their journey of learning and how their mindset changed throughout the whole process.
This can be a free flow activity where students can add to it whenever they have a spare moment. It can also be a teacher directed activity with specific learning expectations.
Reflection of the learning is the most important intended goal. Set time aside to reflect on the journey of learning and see how students mindsets change throughout the school year! Let me know how this works in your classroom or I would love for you to share it on Instagram and tag me at @teachingelementaryandbeyond for me to see!
